After you reserve a hot tub from Captain Party Time Hot Tub Rental, we will have you, sign a Hold Harmless & Release of Liability form. This form protects both you, the customer, and us. Below is a copy of our liability form that you will sign when the hot tub is delivered. If you have an questions about our liability information, please let us know.
