After you place a reservation for one of our hot tubs, what happens from there?
Here is the procedure...
We will contact you before delivering the hot tub
to accommodate your schedule.
Upon arrival,
we will place the hot tub in the requested location. The unit is plugged in.
The hot tub will be leveled and filled with water by a garden hose
provided by the homeowner.
As the water is filling the hot tub,
we will check bromine levels
and the filters.
We will start up the furnace to heat the water. To reach optimum
temperature, it will take 2-4 hours for the small hot tub and 4-5 hours for the
large hot tub. Time will also depend on weather conditions.
We will instruct the customer on how the hot tub operates.
Fill out paperwork and collect payment.
After we leave, the customer is responsible to stop water supply
once the hot tub is full.
In freezing temperatures, the unit must remain running until we pick it up.

Pick up day.
We will call before arriving to pick up the hot tub or will pick up at a
pre-arranged time.
We will drain the hot tub and remove.
The hot tub will be cleaned and sanitized for our next customer.
As you can see, we will take care of everything needed for you to have a great time in your hot tub!
